It’s a fresh day, heading to the Waikato, one of New Zealand’s outstanding dairy regions.  You know when you’re getting close, rolling green pastures as far as the eye can see.  And those cows…. key players in the production line for New Zealand’s artisan cheeses, building a deserved reputation for champion cheese.
